Prices, Discounts & Offers
All products on the Bhavo website will be billed at their respective Maximum Retail Price (MRP) unless otherwise specified. Any applicable product discounts will be automatically applied during checkout, and the customer will be able to view the final payable amount before completing the order.
Bhavo may also offer time-bound promotional offers, discount codes, coupon codes and other special offers from time to time. Bhavo uses Razorpay as its authorised payment gateway for processing online payments. Payments may be made through the payment options available on Razorpay, including UPI, cards and net banking. Payment information is processed securely by Razorpay, and Bhavo does not store sensitive payment credentials such as CVV or UPI PIN.
Delivery
Bhavo will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time communicated at the time of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics partners and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests will be governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy available on the website. As our products are packaged food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery except in cases such as damaged, defective, tampered, expired or incorrectly delivered products, subject to our policy.
Fraudulent Transactions
Bhavo reserves the right to hold, cancel or refuse any order suspected to involve fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious activity. Any applicable refund will be processed after verification through the original payment method or another permitted method.
